BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Deputies stopped a vehicle just after 5 p.m. Saturday after it was observed driving out of its lane.
The driver, 51-year-old Gregory Young was stopped on East Delevan Road in Buffalo. He was found to be intoxicated and in possession of multiple narcotics.
Young was taken into custody and transported to the Erie County Sheriffs Grand Island Substation where he provided a chemical breath test.
The test results showed his BAC to be .25%, more than three times the legal limit.
The Buffalo man was charged w/ multiple counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance charges and Felony Aggravated DWI due to his prior conviction.
He was then taken to the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment in the City of Buffalo Court.
