FINDLEY LAKE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Two people from Pennsylvania were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Friday night.
Around 10:41p.m. while driving on Sunnyside Road in Findley Lake, 18-year-old Neville Askins of Erie, PA was stopped for speeding.
During the traffic stop, deputies noticed the odor of marijuana coming from inside the car.
Askins was questioned and later passed his marijuana blunt over to authorities.
Passenger, 17-year-old Cassidy Earls of Northeast, PA was found to have a jar of marijuana and a glass pipe.
They were both charged and released on appearance tickets. They are due to appear in Mina Town Court on a later date.
