LITTLE VALLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Little Valley man was arrested Thursday after Cattaraugus County Sheriff's responded to a domestic dispute just before 3 p.m.
After further investigation, sheriff's found marijuana being grown inside the house.
27-year-old Brian P. Blasdell was arraigned in Little Valley Town Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
Blasdell was charged with Assault in 3rd degree, Strangulation 2nd, Criminal Possession of Marijuana 2nd, and Unlawful Growing of Cannabis.
