NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - The long arm of the law has caught up with a man police say is responsible for a murder in Niagara Falls last August.
Matthew Davis, III was being sought for the August 23, 2011 murder of Antoine Bradberry on Rainbow Boulevard in Niagara Falls. Police say Davis killed Bradberry after the victim caught Davis in his home, attempting to rob him.

He is currently being held in Taylor County, West Virginia. Davis waived his extradition hearing and will likely be brought back to the Falls sometime next week.
