AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB) - Amherst Police are looking for two men they believe might be connected to car break-ins at the Boulevard Mall.
One of the vehicles broken into had its window smashed and a purse containing credit cards that was left on the front seat was taken. Both men left the area in a dark-colored, older four-door mid-sized sedan.
One of the men is white, heavier set with short dark hair. He was wearing a black top, black coat, black sweatpants with a blue stripe on the legs and white sneakers. The other man is slim with short, light-colored hair. He was wearing tan pants with a read coat that had wording or a logo on the front left breast pocket area.
If you recognize either suspect, or have information about the car break-ins, call Amherst Police detectives at 689-1329.
