DUNKIRK, N.Y. (WIVB) - Two suspects who allegedly harassed a Dunkirk man with Tourette syndrome have been trying to avoid our cameras ever since our investigation began last fall.

After recording a video picking on Miguel "Mikey" Gonzalez and posting it on YouTube, police charged Matt Colon, 19, and Ryan Hudson, 18, with misdemeanor stalking. News 4 has discovered Judge Walter Drag has granted both suspects youthful offender status.

That means we - as well as Mikey - may never know the outcome of this case.
