BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A judge has declared a mistrial in a Buffalo murder case.

The jury was unable to reach a verdict after three days of deliberations in the case against 23-year-old Darryl Jones. He is accused of gunning down Stephen Sanders while trying to steal marijuana from the victim last December on Marigold Street.
