Mom allegedly took sexual pics of kids

HAMILTON, ONT. (WIVB) - A mother from Ontario, Canada has been charged with providing a man with sexually explicit pictures of her children.

Police in England arrested a 50-year-old London man after they found he was in possession of indecent images of children. Authorities in Hamilton, Ontario were alerted and on Thursday, officers arrested a 46-year-old woman.

Hamilton Police say the woman was taking sexually explicit photos of her children and sending them overseas to the man, who they described as her penpal. Her home was raided and numerous computers and electronic devices were seized. The woman's three children were removed from the home.

The woman is being held on charges of distributing child pornography, possessing child pornography and making child pornography. Her name is not being released to protect the identities of her children.
