BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo mother will spend 10 months in federal prison for trying to hide items from authorities investigating her son.
Evelyn Roberson, 61, hid a check, money order, cash, credit/debit and bank cards in her clothing when agents executed a search warrant at her son's home. She had learned of the coming raid and took action to conceal her son's activities.
Roberson was sentenced to 10 months in jail on Thursday for obstruction of justice.
