CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A mother is in trouble with the law after she allegedly provided beer for her 17-year-old son's party on Sunday.

Cheektowaga Police were called to the underage drinking party in Sloan where 14 people under the legal drinking age were consuming alcohol. The youngest person at the party was just 15-years-old.

Denise Anderson, 47, owner of the Sloan home and mother of the 17-year-boy hosting the party, admitted to buying the beer. She faces a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully dealing with a child.

Anderson was released on an appearance ticket.
