No headlights leads to DWI charge

RIPLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police say a man driving without his headlights on was drinking behind the wheel.

Troopers pulled over 32-year-old Craig Kopta of Ripley on Shortman Road in Ripley Saturday night around 8:45 p.m. Police say Kopta was driving without his headlights on in an uninspected car and was drinking behind the wheel.

Kopra was charged with DWI. Troopers say his BAC was .12 percent. He will answer to the charges in court on February 11.
