No seatbelt on driver during rollover

JAVA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man suffers from minor injuries after being in a rollover accident in the Town of Java Monday morning.
The accident happened at 6a.m. when a 33-year-old Buffalo man lost control of his vehicle.
His car slid off the snow covered road before flipping over.
Giammarise was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident causing him to tumble in his vehicle.
He was treated by crews and released with minor injuries.
The Buffalo man was issued traffic citations and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Java Court on a later date.
