ELLERY, N.Y. (WIVB) - Troopers responding to a noise complaint over the weekend arrested a teen from Erie, PA for driving while intoxicated.
State Police were called to Greenhurst Avenue in Ellery on Sunday. Troopers arriving on scene witnessed Natalie Rosario, 19, driving down the road with no lights on before coming to a stop in the middle of the roadway.
Troopers say Rosario failed several field sobriety tests. Her BAC was reportedly .12 percent.
She was arrested and charged with DWI and later released to a sober individual. She is due back in court at a later date.
