HANOVER, N.Y. (WIVB) - Around 6:20 a.m. Sunday morning, Silver Creek Police and Sheriff's Deputies responded to a call involving a despondent person in Hanover.
While looking for the individual to see what kind of state he was in on Alleghany Rd. and Vincent Tundo, 58, allegedly pushed the Silver Creek Police out of the door and locked it behind holding back law enforcement from investigating.
After interfering with the investigation and barring police out of the situation, Tundo was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental administration in the Second Degree, and Harassment in the Second Degree.
He was released on appearance tickets and is due to appear in Town of Hanover Court at a later date.
