Open container and marijuana arrest

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Sheriff's Deputies arrested 21-year-old Jeffry C. Faltisco of Jamestown around 2:30a.m. Saturday morning.

Deputies stopped the vehicle Faltisco was a passenger in where they discovered him to be in possession of open containers of alcoholic beverages as well as a small quantity of marijuana

He was charged for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Open Container Alcohol in a Vehicle.

Faltisco was released with an appearance ticket and will face the charges in Ellicott Town Court on a later date.
