MURRAY, N.Y. (WIVB) - Two Brockport men have been accused of beating a Holley man so severely he had to be taken to Strong Memorial by Mercy Flight.
The Orleans County Sheriff's Office has charged 18-year-old Brinson Blocker and 18-year-old K-Trell Payne with third degree assault. Deputies have been investigating since the 31-year-old victim was attacked on June 16th, arresting Blocker on July 24th and Panye on August 1st.
Authorities say the pair were creating a disturbance outside the home of the victim's girlfriend's parent's house on Fancher Road in the Town of Murray. When the victim confronted them, they beat him up. The victim was released from the hospital after his injuries were treated and an overnight stay.
Both Panye and Blocker are due in court on August 16th.
