BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Last November, Frank Morrocco told News 4 he claimed he intentionally got arrested so he could receive health care in prison.
A judge never did throw him behind bars, but it appears Morrocco is in trouble again and will spend the next few weeks behind bars. A U.S. District judge says Morrocco violated his probation by getting arrested twice on shoplifting charges.
Morrocco has already served 20 years in prison for trafficking cocaine. He received cancer treatment while he was locked up and says he cannot afford the medical bills on his own.
