Parolee with violent history sought

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police are looking for a parole absconder with a violent history who's considered a real threat to the community.

Carlos Raul Rosario, 27, is on parole for first degree rape, second degree criminal sexual act, and first degree criminal contempt. His last known address was 1667 Bailey Avenue in Buffalo. He is 5'6" with black hair and brown eyes and weighs 170 pounds.

A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest. Call 867-6161 with your tips.
