BRANT, N.Y. (WIVB) - The woman accused of driving drunk in a crash that killed a 7-month-old baby is expected to plead guilty to charges in court on Wednesday.
Danielle Kellogg, 24, of Brant is charged with DWI and vehicular manslaughter in the November crash that killed baby Baylee Dion and injured her mother, 31-year-old Denise Hine. News 4's Lou Raguse confirmed that Kellogg is expected to plead guilty on Wednesday.

The crash split Hine's Pontiac Grand Am in two. The front end of the vehicle was located aroundf 30 feet from the rear of the vehicle. Though Baylee was strapped into a car seat, the infant did not survive the crash. Hine suffered multiple fractures and internal injuries.
The baby's father, Scott Dion, spoke to News 4 after the accident. He said, "She was the best baby anyone could ever have. She was nothing but smiles. She never cried. She was such a good baby. I still feel like it's not real and I'm going to wake up and hold my daughter in my arms."
