PORTAGEVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A homeowner was arrested Friday, after multiple police agencies executed a search warrant at his home and found guns, marijuana and cash.

The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office says 47-year-old Kenneth Hance, of Portageville, was arrested after the search of his Church Street home. Police say they found 20 pounds of marijuana that was being packaged for sale, several long guns and approximately $7,000 in cash.

Hance is charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana. He was arraigned in Town of Genesee Falls Court where he was committed to jail on $10,000 bail.
