JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) - Three kids were rounded up by police after allegedly breaking into a vacant home in Jamestown.
Officers responded Friday afternoon around 1 p.m. to Forest Avenue and pulled a 12-, 14-, and 17-year-old from the home.
Jamestown Police say the 17-year-old gave officers a fake name and told them he was 15. When the youth's dad arrived, officers learned his real name and his real age and placed him under arrest for false personation. They also determined the 17-year-old had four outstanding bench warrants.
The 17-year-old was being held in Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment. The two other youths were released to their parents.
