CHERRY CREEK, N.Y. (WIVB) - Following a traffic stop just before 12:30a.m, a South Dayton man was arrested and now faces multiple charges.
Sheriff's Patrol stopped a vehicle on Route 83 in the Town of Cherry Creek after it was observed driving erratically.
The driver, Joseph C. Gierszewski, 19, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marihuana, unlawful possession of alcohol under 21, fail to keep right, and move from lane unsafely.
He was released with appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear back in Cherry Creek Town Court on a later date.
