SALAMANCA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Salamanca Police chased after a speeding car with no working lights.

The driver, 23-year-old Joseph Duhan, was arrested after officers say he ran a stop sign, struck a police car and took off. Police chased his car through the city before he finally pulled over.

Investigators say Duhan wasn't wearing a seat belt and the headlights and taillights were not working on his car.

He faces a long list of charges.
