ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police say money that was supposed to go to the students at Orchard Park Middle School instead went into a couple's pockets.
Fifty-two-year-old Elizaveth Losardo, the treasurer of the parent-teacher organization, and her husband, 45-year-old Daniel Losardo, Jr., have been charged with stealing tens of thousands of dollars from the organization. Both have been charged with grand larceny.
The couple is reportedly accused of stealing between $20,000 to $30,000.
