INDEPENDENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Wellsville Police say a traffic stop Wednesday night led law enforcement to an active methamphetamine lab in Independence Thursday morning.
Police stopped a vehicle driven by 23-year-old Zackery D. Billings, of Whitesville, around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday. As a result, he was arrested on drug charges and inadequate headlights.
