LITTLE VALLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) - Authorities say a man was driving drunk with a 16-year-old in the car, who was also drinking.
Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies stopped 37-year-old John Booth of West Valley Sunday night around 10 p.m. on Rt. 242 in the Town of Little Valley for swerving. Deputies say Booth had two open containers of alcohol in his car, one for him and one for his 16-year-old passenger.
Booth was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI with a BAC of .18 or greater, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, failure to keep right and endangering the welfare of a child.
