CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - An elderly man was arrested at a liquor store in Clarence after police say he drove there drunk.
Troopers were called to Passport Liquors on Main Street around 4 p.m. on Wednesday on reports of a disorderly man inside the store. Police say John Zimmerman, 76, was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which police say he failed.
Zimmerman was placed under arrest. His BAC was reportedly .13 percent. Troopers charged him with DWI.
Zimmerman is due in court at a later date.
