BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo Police have named the three men arrested for an alleged burglary on Tuesday where one of the suspects jumped into the water to try and escape police.

Police were called to Kentucky Street on Tuesday for a burglary in progress. When they arrived, the three suspects - 18-year-old Joshua White, 20-year-old Christopher Toner, and 17-year-old Joshua Kossman - took off running. Officers caught up to the trio on Ohio Street where they say Kossman jumped in the water to try and escape. Police went into the water to both rescue and apprehend the teen.

All three are charged with burglary, arson, criminal possession of burglary tools, criminal mischief and petit larceny.
