BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo Police have identified a man who died last Thursday when he was hit while trying to cross the intersection of Broadway and Woltz Avenue. A sketch of the man was released earlier this week.
Police say the victim is 66-year-old Peter Buliga. According to police, Buliga was a Buffalo resident.
