JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police have arrested the owner of a sub shop on the southern tier who is accused of using his business as a front to sell drugs.
Jamestown Police arrested 50-year-old Jack Kincaid on Thursday after a several-month long investigation in conjunction with the State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team. Authorities say Kincaid was selling drugs out of Avenue Subs at 212 Fairmount Avenue in Jamestown.
Police say Kincaid sold marijuana and prescription pills from his business, even going so far as to deliver them right to his customers' doors.
His arraignment on charges of fifth degree criminal sale of marijuana, fourth degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal nuisance is pending. More arrests and charges are anticipated.
Anyone with information that could help investigators, call the Jamestown Police anonymous tipline at 483-8477.
