An Attica man is facing a felony charge, after allegedly trying to break into a church.
Attica Police say they were responding to call at St. Luke’s Church, that someone was trying to break in. Police say they got to the scene and found 38-year-old Justin Wheeler, who was allegedly trying to get away. Police say Wheeler caused damage to two windows of the church.

Police say Wheeler was arraigned, and bail was set at $30,000. Wheeler is charged with felony third-degree attempted burglary and misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal mischief.
