RANDOLPH, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 16-year-old from Randolph has been charged with stealing two cars in the town.
Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies took Dylan Davis into custody on Thursday without incident, charging him with two counts of fourth degree grand larceny. After arraignment, Davis was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail on $5,000 bail.
