Police say 21-yr-old in crash was drunk

CONCORD, N.Y. (WIVB) - Deputies arrested a 21-year-old man for driving under the influence after a crash that injured him and his passenger.
The Erie County Sheriff's Office was called to Sharp Road near Genesee in the Town of Concord after hearing reports a vehicle and gone off the road and into a ditch. Deputies say Timothy Geesey of Springville had gone off the roadway, causing severe damage to his vehicle and minor injury to himself and his passenger.
Geesey and his passenger were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Deputies say Geesey was drunk and was charged with DWI and multiple vehicle and traffic violations. He refused all blood alcohol tests.
