JAVA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 25-year-old Wyoming County man is accused of abusing a minor for seven years.
Jeremy Church of Java was arrested last Friday and charged with second degree course of sexual conduct against a child and endangering the welfare of a child. State Police say Church was involved in sex acts with a child less than 11 years old on various dates between 2005 and 2012.
After being arraigned, Church was taken to the Wyoming County Jail on $20,000 bail.
