BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man is accused of engaging in sexual conduct with an infant.

Police say the incident happened on January 4th. Twenty-five-year-old Jason Salois is charged with first degree criminal sexual act, unlawful imprisonment, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.

Buffalo Police did not release any further information about the alleged crime.
