Police seek armed and dangerous suspect

DUNKIRK, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police in Dunkirk are hunting for a man they consider armed and dangerous.
Authorities say 27-year-old Brandon Washington opened fire on a victim on Main Street on Thursday. The victim is expected to survive.
Anyone with information on Washington's whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
