CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police stopped a man going 25 MPH over the speed limit and found he was intoxicated.
Troopers pulled over Peter Bordin on Shimerville Road in the Town of Clarence Monday night around 6:30 p.m. for allegedly driving 60 MPH in a 35 MPH zone. State Police say the 30-year-old was intoxicated and a small amount of marijuana was found in his vehicle.
At the barracks, police say Bordin's BAC was .11 percent. He was charged with DWI, speeding and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Bordin is due back in court next month.
