Police spot car, make DWI arrest

CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police say a woman was arrested for aggravated DWI, after her car was spotted behind a closed business on Genesee Street. According to state police, 24-year-old Yesenia Flores, of Depew, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. Thursday, on  in Cheektowaga.

Police say Flores submitted a .18 percent BAC, which is more than twice the legal limit. She is due in Cheektowaga Court in December.
