CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police say a driver going 90 MPH in a 40 MPH speed zone was also drunk.
Troopers pulled over Robert Krahling, 27, of Clarence Center on Main Street in Clarence around 2:30 a.m. Saturday morning for speeding. After determining he was intoxicated, troopers say they placed him under arrest. Krahling's BAC was reportedly .14 percent.
He will appear in court on August 23rd.
