HOLLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) - A former Orleans County teacher is under arrest, accused of taking inappropriate pictures of students.
Holley Police say Joshua Weatherall, 29, of Brockport took the photos using his cell phone. Weatherall is charged with second degree unlawful surveillance, eavesdropping, computer trespass and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Weatherall was a teacher at Holley Junior/Senior High School. Police say he has since resigned. The arrest was made after a four-month investigation.
Weatherall was arraigned in Murray Town court and released on bail. He's due back in court on March 14.
