JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) - Jamestown Police arrested a 29-year-old woman they say bit a man during a domestic violent incident, leaving the victim with cuts.
Officers were called to East 2nd Street Monday night around 6 p.m. on reports of a fight. When police arrived, they say they saw Tiffany Lebel standing along the street yelling at a man inside a car. Officers learned Lebel had bitten the man during a domestic incident inside a home where four children were present, and that the man was cut as a result of the bite.
Lebel was arrested and charged with third degree assault and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Authorities say while investigating the incident, Lebel walked away from officers and despite being repeatedly told to stop, she refused to do so. As a result, she was additionally charged with second degree obstructing governmental administration.
Lebel was taken to the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.
