DELEVAN, N.Y. (WIVB) - A southern tier woman is accused of stealing over $50,000 worth of scratch off lottery tickets while employed at a convenience store.
Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies charged 49-year-old Kim Woolston of Delevan with second degree grand larceny on Monday. Authorities say for several months while Woolston worked at the Yellow Goose in Delevan, she stole scratch off lottery tickets, ultimately taking over $50,000 worth.
