BATAVIA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Genesee County woman stands accused of ripping off a relative.
State Police arrested 30-year-old Crystal Kiebzak of Darien last Wednesday after a three-month investigation into purchases being made at the Batavia Wal-Mart. Authorities say Kiebzak stole a relative's personal information to buy $3,000 worth of merchandise.
Kiebzak is charged with first degree identity theft, fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property and third degree unlawful possession of personal identification information.
She will appear in court at a later date.
