Potentially violent man sought by cops

NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police in North Tonawanda need help finding a man who may pose a danger to a domestic violence victim and police officers.

Ryan Carr, 25, is wanted on outstanding warrants for first degree criminal contempt and second degree aggravated harassment. Police say the charges stem from four pending cases in North Tonawanda City Court for domestic incidents.

Authorities say Carr will fight with police if confronted and they have seen an increasing amount of violence towards Carr's victim and people who have witnessed domestic incidents involving Carr and his victim.

Carr is a 5'11" white male weighing 180 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Anyone who sees him should call 911.
