ATTICA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A domestic dispute call at a residence resulted in a Violation of Probation arrest last week.
State Police were called to a home on Hunt Boulevard, in Attica. Police interviewed the people involved and determined that 37-year-old Joseph O’Shei had an active warrant out of Cattaraugus County. He was arrested and turned over to Cattaraugus County.
There were no charges in the dispute that took place at the residence. O’Shei had been on probation from his previous third-degree robbery conviction out of the Village of Franklinville.
