BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo woman won't serve any jail time for stealing unemployment benefits.
Antoinette Willoughby, 25, was sentenced to three years probation by Judge Richard Arcara on Friday. Willoughby collected unemployment from the USPS for three years, falsifying documents and lying about income she was receiving from two other employers so that she would qualify.
Willoughby was ordered to pay back the $23,331 she wrongfully collected.
