JAMESTOWN, NY (WIVB) - Police in Jamestown have arrested a man wanted on a federal indictment in Puerto Rico.

Luis Marquez-Burgos, 28, was arrested after police from the JPD Special Weapons and Tactics team raided a home on North Main Street.

Police say they found Marquez-Burgos inside with a large quantity of cocaine and heroin. He was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled

The Jamestown Post Journal reports the suspect has an outstanding federal indictment warrant from Puerto Rico for the trafficking and possession of more than 1 kilogram of heroin, more than 5 kilograms of cocaine and more than 100 kilograms of marijuana.
