WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A West Seneca man admits he was going to sell cocaine throughout western New York.
On Monday, 47-year-old Vincent Stuchal pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Federal prosecutors say that a search warrant in November 2010 at Winchester Grill in West Seneca uncovered the over 500 grams of cocaine.
Stuchal was arrested in June 2011 along with his wife, Caroline, who still has charges pending against her.
When sentenced, Vincent Stuchal will face a minimum of five years in jail.
