LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) - Lockport Police are hoping a $1,000 reward offered by an anonymous business owner will lead to arrests in an assault case.
Two 21-year-old Lockport men were accosted by two others inside 21st Amendment Bar at Main and Locust Streets on Sunday around 2 a.m. The victims were injured and one was knocked unconscious, sustaining a head injury. Police were called to the scene, but both suspects had fled.
Police are working with the bar owner and victims and are working to recover video of the incident. But right now, their investigation indicates there were witnesses to the assault. An anonymous donor has offered up a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrests of the suspects.
Anyone with information can call police at 433-7700 or leave an anonymous tip at 439-6707.
