Ripley man arrested from prior incident

RIPLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 34-year-old man from Ripley was arrested Friday morning around 11:30 a.m. on an arrest warrant through the Town of Ripley Court.

James M. Harris is charged with Assault 2nd and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

The charges are from an earlier incident Harris was involved with on November 10th where he allegedly hit a transfer station employee with his vehicle.

Harris was arraigned in the Town of Ripley Court and was released to appear back at a later date.
